As a veteran prospector, the late honorable Consul Dexter Holland tried to create a steady, hard-working, and experienced Prospection Department. After his death, much of this knowledge was passed through the other consuls and back into the TMC staff. Furthermore, vanguard researches and new working methods allowed better and easier techniques of prospection. Due to that, TMC currently presents a massively improved Prospecting Department that attracts the best prospectors in the galaxy.

The awesome mining extraction capability of Triumvirate Mining Corporation is also well-known around the galaxy; the reason why is that TMC only employs the best men for the difficult job of mining our mines. Mannix manages the extraction operations of TMC mines, prospection goals, and helps organise raw materials for the Coalition. He carefully selects the planets that he believes are most in the Triumvirate’s interests to mine for minerals, and then organises his prospectors in the most efficient manner. This ensures that the Coalition has what it needs to continue its construction projects and preparing for the war against the Imperial Union.
